How Much Can You Trade at One Time?

At Key Capital Fx, traders can hold multiple accounts — but there are limits depending on the type of program:

Two-Step & Three-Step Evaluations:

You can hold up to a maximum of $400,000 in total active accounts.
Once you're below that cap, you're free to purchase additional accounts — as long as the combined amount doesn't exceed $400K.

Examples:

  • Two $200K accounts

  • Four $100K accounts

  • One $300K + One $100K account

Instant Funding:

At the moment, the maximum allocation allowed under the Instant Funding model is $100,000.

⚠️ What Happens if You Violate the Limit?

If a trader exceeds the maximum allocation allowed:

  • Our risk team may issue a soft breach warning

  • Continued violations may result in a hard breach, leading to loss of access to the accounts involved

To stay compliant, always monitor your active account totals and follow the allocation rules specific to your program.
